INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
2/3 cup water
1 scoop protein powder (of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon jelly
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Add the oats and water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
STEP 2
Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer until 90% of the water is absorbed.
STEP 3
Remove from the heat, add the protein powder and vanilla extract. Whisk together until well combined. Pour oatmeal into a bowl and top with peanut butter and jelly.
