INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon stevia or other sugar alternative
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons skim milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder
1 tablespoon raisins
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the oil and stevia, slowly mix in the egg whites, skim milk, salt, baking powder, oats, protein powder, and raisins.
STEP 2
Top with the brown sugar and cinnamon and place in refrigerator overnight.

Heat the oven to 350°F, bake until firm, around 35 minutes
