If you’re planning a trip to the world’s top fitness destination, this article covers everything you need to know about accommodation along the iconic Fitness Street in Phuket. With over eight years of experience training in the area—and as the person who originally coined the term “Fitness Street”—I have insider knowledge on where to stay and what you can expect to spend.
Over the years, I’ve stayed in nearly every type of accommodation imaginable. In fact, during one month in 2022, I spent 3–4 days in each place just to create “review videos” for you all! Admittedly, it was exhausting!
For full disclosure, as of December 2024, I’m not paid or sponsored by any business on Fitness Street. This is 100% a passion project… so please, tell your friends about this place and help spread the word!

Fitness Street Accommodation
I spent several days personally visiting every accommodation on and around Fitness Street to gather the latest monthly pricing information for you. Please note that you’ll need to convert these prices from Thai Baht to your local currency. As of December 2024 (the high season), these prices are likely to be double the amounts listed!

My Favourite Resorts
My top three resorts, which I call “The Three Cocos” (Cocoville, Coco Paradiso, and Coco Retreat), are all conveniently located near Fitness Street. Cocoville is situated on a side street off Fitness Street, just an 8-to-10-minute walk from the renowned Unit 27 and Tiger Muay Thai gyms. Coco Paradiso and Coco Retreat are located on the adjacent street, about a 15–20-minute walk away.

There are many accommodation options located either on Fitness Street or on a nearby side street. It’s essential to book a place along Fitness Street unless you plan to rent a scooter for daily travel. One of the biggest mistakes I made when I first arrived was booking accommodation that was a 40-minute walk from Tiger Muay Thai. To make matters worse, I had to cross the main highway, which is extremely dangerous.
If I’m staying on Fitness Street for several months or longer, I prefer more affordable, long-term accommodation. My personal favourites for extended stays are 2home and Six Pack Cottage. If you’re curious, here’s a quick room tour of where I stayed for three months.
If you’re looking for affordable long-term accommodation on Fitness Street, check out the video below. I’ll show you Sawasdee Villa and Khaonoi Bungalow. Another excellent option for extended stays is Six Pack Cottage (also known as 2home), where I personally lived for 3 months.
