1/2 medium sweet potato, cooked
1 medium avocado
5 dates, pitted and soaked
2 tablespoons carob or chocolate powder
1/4 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor or blender add all of the ingredients and pulse until ingredients are mostly mixed. Turn on high and slowly add any additional water until the pudding is smooth.
