INGREDIENTS
1 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon coconut extract
1/2 cup almond milk
2 scoops chocolate brown rice protein
dash of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Place the banana and coconut extract into a ziplock bag, shake until well combined and place in the freezer.
STEP 2
Once frozen, place the banana and almond milk in a blender and blend until it forms a mush.
STEP 3
Transfer mixture to a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the protein powder and blend with an electric mixer for 5 minutes, or until it becomes fluffy. Top with a dash of cinnamon.
